How do I return a garment?
To make a return press here and complete the form with your order number and the email you indicated when placing the order. Follow the steps below to complete the return request.
You can also send an email to devoluciones@nuriacobo.com, specifying:
-order number
-Attach the shoe to be returned
-Collection address
-Phone number
-Reason for the return
-Bank account number if you paid by transfer or cash on delivery.
We will answer you as soon as possible confirming the collection.
Pack your item in the same way that it arrived or with any bag/box that protects it well. The delivery person will carry the shipping label.

To request the return of your garment you have a period of:
-Clothing: 48 hours days from delivery to exchange for money and up to 15 days to exchange for a voucher without expiration.
-Shoes: 15 days from delivery to exchange for money or voucher without expiration, as desired.
The cost of the collection with our agency is 7 euros (1 or 2 products), €14 from 3 products, which will be deducted from the refund of the amount by the same payment method that you made the purchase. We will make the payment of your money within a maximum period of 15 days from when we receive the return. If you prefer to send us your return in another way, let us know in advance. Thank you.
We do not exchange one garment for another. Make a new order with the garment you want.
Returns of bags, wallets, pashminas, belts and other items that have it specified in their web description are not allowed.

Under no circumstances will the return of a used item or without its original label be accepted.
